Fisher's Ratio Test

This command creates a new Parameter Set that does not contain Parameters which fail the Fisher's Ratio test. The value of Fisher's Ratio indicates whether any significant between-class variation exists for the Parameter. This test is useful only in the feature selection process for Quantitative model building.
