ADMEWORKS ModelBuilder - Graphs - Sample Clustering

The dendrogram is a graphical representation of the samples' similarity. By default, the Euclidean distance is calculated in the multi-dimensional space of Parameter Values. Similar Samples appear next to each other in the graph, and are connected into clusters. The X coordinate of any node is proportional to the distance between its elements.
The appearance of the graph can be used to assess the choice of the descriptor set. In the case of a good descriptor set, Samples with similar values of the Target Numerical Parameter (or the same value of Class Parameter) should be grouped together.
