Ball & Stick

Atoms are displayed as spheres with radii proportional to van der Waals radii. Bonds are displayed with cylinders of thinner diameter. The appropriate coloring scheme applies. The display of molecules in this mode may be further customized by using View | Preferences dialog box, where the user can make balls and cylinders smaller or larger.
