ADMEWORKS DDI Simulator
ADMEWORKS DDI Simulator is cutting-edge Fujitsu’s software product addressed towards pharmaceutical sector. DDI Simulator is a software application for assessing the risk of potential drug-drug interactions, allowing the user to perform both quantitative simulations of Competitive and Mechanism-based inhibitions. The system was developed based on the results of the Human Animal Bridging (HAB) project, a nonprofit research organization in Japan, under the supervision of Professor Yuichi Sugiyama of the University of Tokyo.
Advantages of using DDI Simulator
More accurate predictions than simple approximation method.
Allows prediction using in-house compound as inhibitor or substrate.
Evaluate risk based on AUC ratio, Cmax ratio or changes in elimination half-life.
