ADMEWORKS ModelBuilder - Graphs - Parameter Clustering
The dendrogram is a graphical representation of Parameters similarity. The Euclidean distance is calculated in the multi-dimensional space of Parameter Correlation by default. Highly correlated Parameters appear next to each other in the graph, and are connected into clusters. The X coordinate of any node is proportional to the distance between its elements.
The appearance of the graph can be used to assess the choice of the descriptor set. In case of a good descriptor set, no Parameters have high correlations. The checkboxes can be used for manual exclusion of Parameters from the Active Set.
