The Interstage XWand processing engine is the heart and mind of all our XBRL tools. It embodies the latest XBRL specifications and forms the bases of the Interstage XWand offering.

The engine provides the complete representation of all various XBRL artifacts, including taxonomies, instances, facts, contexts, units, dimensions, etc. It provides functions to construct and manipulate these artifacts in accordance with the rules of the XBRL specification.

To meet the varied environments Interstage XWand offers the ideal set of components to facilitate the creation of customized XBRL applications through its Java and .NET Application Programming Interfaces (API).
